Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect products delivered.

Note: Requests submitted without both the invoice and unboxing video will not be processed. The video must be unedited and recorded at the time of opening the parcel.

Every VERB bag comes with a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty covering defects in stitching, hardware, and craftsmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, improper storage, or unauthorised repairs.
